Howdy Inmates,

I just want to introduce ourselves as one of the distributors for the Interphone line of products. (The HQ is in Italy). Since a lot of adventure riders are utilizing one form or another of technology products on their bike, there are a lot of things we are importing that may be of interest. Also if you have any questions on Bluetooth helmet headsets in general feel free to ask them here.

Bluetooth Intercoms - The Interphone F4 was previously distributed by a company called Blueant, so if you are having issues you can contact us about it. The newest Interphone product is the F5S which is pretty well suited to adventure riding. It has the highest level of water resistance of any of the current Bluetooth headsets. Another nice feature for offroad riding is the handlebar remote which eliminates the need to take your hand off the handlebars to control the F5 features.

Handlebar Cases - Interphone makes some very durable cell phone cases for the iPhone 4/4S, iPhone 5 and Samsung Galaxy S3. These cases maintain full functionality of the phone and include ports for charging cables.

We will work on some sort of group buy program with one of our dealers, so stay tuned, and safe travels in 2013.

What's the difference between F5 and F5S?

The real difference is the headset the F5 came with the microphone attached to the speaker. The F5S has detachable microphones, other than that they are the same. The F5S also comes with the latest software installed.



The new kit has detachable microphones and is easier to install. See below.

We are still waiting for the production sample of the iPhone 5 handlebar case and will let everyone know once it is on its way to the US.

We will also try to coordinate the Group Buy through one of our dealers, who has a strong reputation in the advrider community. Any suggestions?

We have suggested to Italy, where the product is designed, to make an earbud adapter, similar to the Sena SMH10, so we hope to see something in 2013. I will find out when that will be available.

Right now there is a version available, which requires the rider to use their own microphone which is impractical. (See below)
