I still think an adult male riding the Grom doesn't look silly despite the Grom's size.

And THAT would be your opinion... But you changed the words and intent with something that still has MY name on it (regardless of the font or color). It might seem insignificant to you, but it matters to me. Let me be blunt: say what you want without dragging me into it. Buy a Grom, don't buy a Grom - I don't care. That's the gist of this thread; not your opinion, or mine, of someone you don't agree with. I was having a little fun with Jerry. His opinion of this bike doesn't affect you or me in such a way that he should not be entitled to that opinion.

I pick the words I mean to use.

Jim

that rv90 clone is pretty cool, it has honda clone motor to replace the 2 stroke you can't find parts for. the price is up there compared to a real rv90........
How much do you think Suzuki would charge for a re-engineered RV90 with a modern 4 stroke engine compared to the clone? They also made the RV125 back then, which used the TC125 engine, it had a 4X4 transmission..

No problem, just program the course into your GPS

Seriously, it does look like fun but I'd have trouble remembering the course too.

Really? That is your BEST advice for a guy that has already admitted he would not be able to remember which way to turn around cones?

I can see it now, miss a turn and then stop while the GPS repeats, "recalculating, recalculating."

Back OT - that does look fun and it is about the speed I would manage. But I have seen videos of guys doing similar courses MUCH faster. I'd love to see a FAST guy on a Grom/MSX do that course.

The whole idea is to have the GPS talk you through it. I can hear it now;

Turn left in 20 ft....turn left now, turn right, turn right some more, turn left.................... the GPS will have to get a voice that talks really fast and yells at you if you're not doing it right.

Reminds me of this guy on a GS. Stoppies were no problem for him with cases on.

I suppose you could mount a big box on the front, too?!?
