Do the Pepsi and Mentos combo and you will have the need for more Mentos and then you will have more containers.

I have been using an empty Emerald Nuts canister for traveling with cigars. It is a fairly solid cylinder that will take some abuse.

After going through thousands of 35mm plastic slide boxes, I am left with but one or two unused ones. They make great containers for small parts.

Of course there is always the empty prescription pill bottles from the drugstore.

The dollar store had 6 packs of small plastic containers, a tad smaller than a film container. 6 for a buck....!
