It's kind of refreshing really -- over here most guys think they need a $25k Screaming Bad Ass Conan the Destroyer with Extra Factory Accessory Chrome to get the girl.

In the UK & Europe, if you are aged 17-19, you are restricted to 125cc/15bhp.

So if you're going to be impressing the girls in your late teens, it'll be on a 125

If it will hit an honest 60mph I'd get one.

It should. A Zuma 125 will do a little over 60.

Bought a white one the other day, waiting for delivery from another dealer to my dealer as they are flying off the shelves, I noticed side reflectors and the front indicator lights stay on as driving lights like the U.S bikes, I was thinking maybe they are gonna sell them in the states afterall, then I found a message on the Australian forum they ARE coming to the states but called the Honda GROM, that's what there called in japan, so I guess your getting them afterall, happy days!

I wish this was out when I got my Zuma 125 last year.

Although, I would do many illegal and stupid things with this fun little bike

Amazing, I thought there was no way Honda would bring this to the US! Happy to be wrong on this!

Of course my first thought was to put a set of these semi-knobby's on it

Fuel injection too! I can see so many uses for this. Urban commuter, DS trail bike for the vertically challenged, learner bike, throw in the back of the minivan/hatchback/stationwagon for fun during a road trip, learn how to wheelie without trashing your plastics, girlfriend bike, the list goes on

best I've gotten out of my stock Zuma 125 is 55 mph, and it drops quickly at the slightest hint of a headwind or uphill grade, But, it is encumbered by a very inefficient CVT, I got a GPS verified 65+ out of a Kawasaki Eliminator 125. But the Eliminator was all day comfortable for a 6' 220+ pound adult. Doesn't look like that will be the case with this.
