Yes , the Dual sport uses part of the poker run and some other loops opened .some a little tight some real nice switch backs .I did most of it on my 950 last last year .Thats about all I could muster
But I had a blast and the stop at the brewery was nice .

Great, just what I need, a hangover on race day. I'm doin the DS run this year for the first time.... Gonna take it easy, don't want to be tired and sore like I was in 2011 from riding too hard on Saturday.

I think I'm gonna bring the wife and kid out. I'm thinking about doing the DS ride as well.
All us ADVers ought to meet up.

. It Rained all night long, prior to line up it looked like it was going to be very sloppy and certainly no fun on a big bike.I cant blame those that bailed, but I can still give them a gentle ribbing, all in fun of course![]() As luck would have it we where greeted to the best conditions I have ever seen at the 100. Please do come out and race. There are many other sportman classes you can enter

Don't mind me, it was just my lame attempt at humor.
I am opting out of the race only because I am a wuss.

Dang Ed, Beat me to the punch here. Seriously everyone, if you have a question regarding the Adventure class, post here and I'll be checking this forum several times a day. NOW... regarding the area that a 990 did go swimming, I copied this tidbit from another forum (TT) that the race chair posted...his words: "Some potential good news regarding that...thanks to yet another gracious land owner we are pretty sure we have found a way to eliminate that bottleneck spot between the RR tracks and the creek. We need to confirm it on the ground however so it's not a done deal yet. " This is the tight area that is one-lined unless you are Bobby Prochnau, OA winner and can ride the shale at a 45 degree angle.

Sorry Mike, did not mean to steal your thunder.
Right after posting the flyer I saw there were 2 other D100 threads just started. Doh! Looking forward to attending another D100! No racing for me though. -Ed
