Los Angeles to Bakersfield on Dirt?

So, I'm pretty new here and new to the adventure riding scene. I did a search but didn't find specific info. I am looking for a way to find roads/trails that will take me from near Los Angeles (San Dimas) to Bakersfield using as much dirt as possible. I'm specifically looking for maps and advice from anyone who as ridden in this area.

Thanks,
Scott
