I can certainly vouch for this new team having helped them out during the transition. Paul is a true enthusiast and Lee also owns Pittsburgh's largest (and only) all European dealership so the depth of support and knowledge of the adventure bike market will be a great asset.

Great, I hope you all can maintain the level of service that Rob has provided. You have some great product!

Good question - I'm not familiar with them. Can you point me in the right direction so I can do a bit of research and report back?

nanisx,

Looking at the wolfman frames, they look to be suitable for our bags, however, we would need to know the thickness of the tubing that they are using. The lock-it frames that we sell in our kits are 16mm, and the other size mounts we have are 15mm and 18mm.

Wolfman does show to have a universal mounting kit that you could use as well if you'd wish, however I feel that our mounting pucks are more robust and wouldn't require using any sort of "stiffening" bar as the wolfman mounting kit shows to use. Also, our mouting pucks use o-ring seals rather than needing to use an RTV sealant.

If you have any other questions, or would like to discuss things further, feel free to PM me here on the forum, or give us a call.

Our order is complete and is shipping out soon (this week). We are still aiming for the week of the 21st for our delivery, pending no delays, and will ship customer orders out from earliest to most recent.

Everyone will receive tracking/shipping info when their order is ready to ship!

BTW, I broke the email ticketing system about a week ago when I changed over the emails from customerservice at motorcycleinsight dot com to customerservice at lmcyclesupplies dot com. Tickets weren't being created, emails weren't being saved. It's was a friggin mess...

That said, I * think* I've collected them all and put them into the HD, so if you just received a "thank you, we've received your ticket" email, that was me.

Sorry.

Don't know if they are the identical but the GS pucks on my GS cases work on my TT racks. Had a few issues with TT powder coating coming off because if the aluminum construction aren't as forgiving as TT plastic pucks or latching mechanism but they work just fine.

I figure they're the same diameter, but I'm wanting to know if the holes are in the same spot as the TT. I just don't like the plastic TT pucks. I much prefer the metal GS pucks and their more solid attachment to the pannier rack.

It's aroudn 11 LBS - similar to just about every other aluminum pannier on the market. The whole setup, depending on the bike, is mid to high 30's.
