Looks like ass. Nobody makes a truck I want to buy. Makes me sad, because I want to buy a truck.

I like this auto-writer.

"Rather than improve a flawed product, the company has applied little more than what is derisively referred to in the motorcycle industry as “BNG – Bold New Graphics”."

Ditto, very disappointing. I was looking for a more traditional truck look to go with all the refined Toyota features. I don't see any mention of a 6.5 bed for the Crewmax either ?

Why change? People will buy it anyway... Same with motorcycle industry.. People still seem to be buying into the BNG! R&D is expensive! Re-tooling is expensive. They are going to milk this for as long as they can. It's not easy to re-coup your initial investment in building a product.

My second Nissan Titan was a 4x4 Crew Cab SE model (mid level, not base, but not fully decked out either). I paid 24K new off the lot. Averaged 15.5 MPG.

My first Titan was a base 2wd Crew Cab. Paid 19.9K new for it. Averaged 17.5 MPG.

I don't know where you got your numbers from.

I did tow a travel trailer from east Texas to Florida and back once with the 4x4. I averaged 11 mpg on that trip.

Looks pretty much the same to me. Maybe the grill is different. Still a big land-barge though.

that thing is brutal.

no better than the new Silverado. didnt think that was possible.

I really hope ford doesnt go the Raptor direction with the F-150s. Its nearly as bad as the new Super Dutys.

Dodge has my vote in the looks department these days. Unless we go to midsize trucks,

I agree, looks wise.

If I needed a big ass truck, I'd get the Toyota. I was made in Texas and so is the Tundra!

...and I think it's thE best made...
