Makes a great camera platform..

Also makes me very scared of trying one out, I've been contemplating getting a Ural Ranger- not so sure now,

tripodtiger,
I really enjoyed your video. Reminds me of my first drives on my Ural. Loving it now after 2500 km.

Great video example of why even a very experienced rider needs to approach sidecar piloting with caution.

Be afraid and stay afraid is the key to having a blast with it for many years to come.

It makes you wonder why we like these damn things so much.
I'm never selling mine.

Now they want to listen......

If you ever start to think "you have now mastered the sidecar rig'' think again or stay off of it.

My BRO has let a few MC riders test our GU in my pasture. Mostly 1st & 2nd gear stuff. Some scare themselves & come to a complete stop, jump off & now want to listen what they were told to expect.

A coach in the sidecar is good but professional training is the best.

Yep, as I approach retirement and downsizing my home and toys, the rig is staying no matter what.

Thinking about putting instructions in my will to bury me in the detached sidecar when I kick off; saves on a casket.

They will have to fold me up to make it work, but what the heck!

It wasn't a coaching exercise. it was just letting him have a go at it. Making it up as we went.
No such thing as professional training for sidecar riding in Oz. (KISS)

Southern NSW? Correct. Some farm roads heading north towards Bredbo. We'd come through the forests from Numeralla, up to Cowra Creek and then Jerangle Rd & Peak View Rd back to Numeralla. More video from it, with me riding. Editing it before I put it up.
