Searching for the perverbial Needle in a haystack

Hello guys,

New inmate here. I am looking for a 88-90 Honda NX250. Any condition running or not (a project would be fun) but must be complete. If any one has one, knows a guy who knows a guy that has one please let me know. I am just north of Spokane and am eager to find one but i understand it might take a little time.....

Searchtempest popped one up in Chico, California. That is a long ways I know, but I have had inmates here help procure bikes and transport them.

Less costly one noted in Las Vegas as well.

When I was searching seriously for a couple bikes I was doing about 3-4 craigslist searches a day. Just stay on top of it and you will find something.

The NX 250 was a bike I was pretty serious about, but the increasing difficulty in getting parts sort of cooled off my enthusiasm.

Thanks for all the help and info. I an trying to stay in the PNW so i can take a road trip and see what i am getting before shelling out the dough. Tedder, I am not sure why you don't like my subject line as it's intention is to get you to open up the thread.......

Anyone have any cost experience on shipping a bike?
