Autocom experts.
I got an Autocom Pro-7-sport with my bike and immediately took it off the bike. Now I want to put it back on and I can't remember what the red box with A and B in and C out is used for. Any help? The web site and directions show many parts that look the same, some red some black, and there is no numbers on the red box?

It's some kind of audio isolator or a combiner.
Could be a combiner that allows you to connect two audio sources to one Autocom input. Or, could be an isolator that gives a two-way connectio to a bike powered phone or a GPS (with BT connection to phone). It helps if you can remember to what input of the Pro-7 the isolator was connected to. Autocom has pretty decent manuals that show what functions are supported with each input. You can go from there and try to guess what it is that you have.

No not for the life of me do I remember which input it was connected to.
This is what I know: There was a radar detector and a GPS connected. The helmet speakers and mic went through the black box that lets you use ear buds and connected to a round connector. There was a Kenwood FRC two way radio connected by way of the round connector. Now my goal is to add a Droid phone and a Satellite radio to the system. Replace the Kenwood with my 2m / 440 Icon ham radio. Unfortunately my GPS is not blue tooth.

Autocom
I have Pro-7 and Pro-AV.
I have a "combiner" (Y) for my radio and GPS. This takes the two signals and makes them one. I have a cable to the FRS. Never used a phone. I have Escort radar on the input that will mute the others. On the OUTPUT to the driver's helmet, I have a cable with a rectangular box that also has a 3.5mm port for my earbuds. Al works very well... I have some misc files on Autocom- PM me and I'll send them to you via email. |

Crap.
I just checked and they weren't there. I may have deleted them by mistake or they were auto cleaned by my spam software. Could you send them again? Thanks
