my garage.......
just closed on house last week after 6+ months of BS ... incompetent F*$#TARD people working with/for us.. every one of them other than the courier lady and my insurance lady...
![]() but finally got keys and have been prepping house/repairing things.... got new water heater all installed, new flue installed, new gas line installed, and was able to get a lot of my garage stuff moved in today (other than lift and toolbox... to heavy for me by myself) ![]() wifes working inside on painting and stuff... everythings hooked up and working/not leaking other than the gas.... the flue used to hang down at a 45* angle and you couldnt walk into this room cause it was a reg. water heater sitting on a built up box before.... ![]() ![]() ![]() had to change the churly Q braided line setup cause it was causing leakes putting side pressure on the fittings.... all fixed now... ![]() ![]()

not gonna do anything other than maybe run some PVC air line so my compressor can stay over in the corner... its got a ton of built in shelving on the left side wall.. was gonna take it down but once i started moving my stuff into the garage im gonna leave it cause it will work perfect for me... not wasting time/money on extras.... I totally agree with you on the utilitarian looks. I like my plain concrete floor and I can't imagine myself spending a whole weekend making it look like a kitchen floor.
But the monster bench right in the middle... you gonna keep that? My rule is: If it's sitting in the middle of the garage it must have wheels
