Anyone ever use EL (Electroluminescent) wire on their bike before?
Someone gave me an idea on another forum about possibly using EL wire on one of my bikes:
http://www.amazon.com/Portable-Wire-...ef=pd_sim_hg_5 Anyone ever use it before?

Makes me wonder just how well it could work on a bike. I have a trike I'm rebuilding that has a plastic tank, wonder if I could get the glow wire to make the tank glow from inside.

Ouch!
Says it doesn't produce any heat but I'll bet that a spark at the wrong time has the potential to be embarrassing. Some RVs use that or a similar product to light their interiors. Not my style but it seems to work and is popular. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

Not actually IN the tank, but from the outside of it, in the tunnel.
