Case Guards

Hi All,

Our LC4 Case Guards are finally ready! The price is 90 AUD plus shipping, the shipping is the same as the Frame Guards (see the 1st post of this thread).

They can be stuck on in a similar way to the Tank Guards and are made to fit cases from an '03 model, maybe someone who knows a little about the LC4 differences can chime in on what models they'll fit.

Some pics;

Just the protection, those tanks must be the hot ticket for 640 owners, I've already had a couple of enquires about them on my website.

Cheers,

Watch this space, I'm looking around for a good 530 EXC and will be developing parts for that, it'll be a while of yet though.

No worries, let me know when you're ready to go, I'm almost finished all of the back orders now so there's only about a 1 to 2 weeks wait between ordering and shipping.

You can use epoxy but I prefer something a little more flexable like a polyurethane based adhesive/sealant (eg. sikaflex 227). They use that stuff for gluing car body pannels together now, it's pretty strong but has a lottle bit of 'give' if you knwo what I mean.

No wait on orders!

Hi All,

I've now cleared the order backlog (about 45 sets of Tank Guards shipped!) so if you order any of my products you'll only have to wait 1 week maximum before shipping. I'll be keeping a few of each item in stock so the leadtime will be even shorter in most cases.

For now still PM me or contact me via my website if you want to order but I'll soon be updating the website so you can order them online.

Cheers,
Michael

640 Rear Tanks

Thanks to rjf for the loan of his KTM 640 Rear Rally Tanks, I'm going to try to make a copy of them in carbon/Kevlar, it's a pretty complicated shape so might be a little tricky.

If all goes well I'll be looking for someone with a 640 in the next few months so that I can adapt the tanks to fit a standard subframe.

Cheers,
Michael
