Got mine yesterday and, while there were no instructions, it mounted up perfectly. Seems to be a nice piece of work.

I transferred the rubber grommets from the OEM bash guard and installed the flat washers on the outside of the rubber grommet:

that is what i did. be careful threading those front bolts. i had to grind away some of the bracket that it bolts too because the welds on the plate were too thick. if you tried to thread it when everything was tight, it would try and cross-thread really easy. you had to loosen both lower tank bolts, and crash guards to loosen everyhting up. now with the slight grinding, it will line up just fine tight. laramie

Just got home with my "new to me" 950 ADV-S and will be purchasing my plate asap. I plan for this bike to take me all over the Rockies and need this plate.
