Hey Ceasar,
Hope you guys had a great time at the Mendo Rally!
Sorry we missed it this year, but I'm glad you and Bartek got to go.
Did you get any new tacos in the 950 rim?

Speaking of tacos, happy Cinco de Mayo to everyone!
hope you're all celebrating.

we had tacos and margaritas for dinner. Yum.

Also, Matt put this song in our ipod and every time I hear it, I think of my grandma sweater.
thought I would share it here, so you can get it stuck in your heads, too...
(p.s. nope, no relation to "Wanz" )

enjoy!

That is a cool video. I did not taco my rim this weekend but Bartek and I had the best tacos in Upper clear lake at the Blue Wing Saloon and Restaurant. The Burger and sweet bread were also good with the Blue Moon beer.

The weather was great at the rally so was the people and food.
Bartek and I had a great time on the single track trails up there.

Glad you're still watching the videos!
Does this mean you miss us or is work just extra slow?

Awww...K_N_Fodder,

Matt is bummed to miss it!
But, we're on the road right now. Will be in Oklahoma! oklahoma! oklahoma! tomorrow.
(I would do that steve martin link, but youtube is blocked at this motel )

I think Radek was talking about doing the Desert 100...

Matt just said that if he does it, he wants to win!
(no wife)

oh, Ceasar!
Welcome to the club, haha! It gets easier, don't worry.
At least you didn't find any damage...

Rick flattened his rim for the first time, too!

Sorry, guys. Ride with us and you might as well kiss your resale value goodbye!

Just got my front rim back from Woody's. They did a great job straightening my front rim . Iam ready for a long ride or short weekend trip.

Late to the Baja report and this one, was out of town & busy. The grass doesn't grow under your guy's feet as far as serious riding is concerned. Great riding and reporting .

Awesome RR. My buddy and I thought we were the only ones riding 990's the way they were meant to be ridden. I actually recognized Burkat from the mountain bike and Pinkbike days in Calgary.

Hi Beema Killa!
wooo! Great to hear from you!
Heh, in a way, doesn't that make you 990 killas? I know we're trashing our poor bike.

Glad you enjoyed this RR, thank you.

Hey, you might like the Oso Loco report, too. Lots of the same guys (including Radek), but for 2 weeks...
Over in the regular ride reports...

Oso Loco!! KTM 990s attacking Colorado, Utah, and the best of the TAT

Hi davesupreme -
No worries, the quote function seems to be worse than usual...

I think you were referring to this photo from KTMADV, right?

I bought the lead roll at a fishing shop. The roll is a little thicker then a 1/4.
Here is a picture of my used roll. Works great.
