Good one!

Blimey. Gatland has dropped BO'D.
That can't have been easy.

BO'D's been speaking with a Welsh accent all tour but Gats finally found out he's not from the Pissy Valleys so dropped him.

Ten Taffs in the team! At least we can blame them when we lose.

Not feeling all that optimistic then?
I will admit to a bit of the same feeling I had in the run-up to the Welsh game in the 6Nations, but I put that down to my nature.
Some good brave picks in this team, BO'D being the bravest.
We'll get the scrum back, possibly at the expense of lineout control.

I dunno.
C'mon Lions!

Is is it just me, or was that second test (Wallabies v. Lions) a very mediocre game of rugby? The winning team dropped the ball at every opportunity, whereas the losing team (despite displaying a fantastic defensive side), seemed to be bereft of attacking clues?

On the plus side, it was marginally better than the first test...(which suffered from being reffed by an idjut).

Well, I predicted this on the Drunken Wasps site earlier in the week; I would have dropped BO'D myself but to the bench. I said put out 1/2d plus the biggest, baddest XV we could muster. Gats has gone for Davies over my pick of Tuilagi, Parling over Evans and Faletau over Heaslip. I can live with Parling and Faletau but Davies over Tuilagi? We'll see.

What I do take issue with is the bench. Where's "Plan B"? Okay, Tom Youngs, Vunipola and Cole are a given but the rest are just more 'bish-bosh'. Where are the potential game changers like Croft, Hogg or O'Driscoll? Don't tell me he's expecting Murray and Farrell to do anything, please. Fuck me we're stuffed if "Plan A" doesn't work and I see no reason why it should on Saturday because it hasn't exactly been a roaring success so far and didn't work for Wales last time they were down under.

Pollack's a pillock of the highest order. Monsieur Poite is arguably the best referee around in the northern hemisphere. Hopefully we'll get a flowing game.

Rumblings that he is headed home after a blowout with management.... I fear Gatland has angered the rugby Gods.

BOD is the smartest center in the current game in my opinion, outside of Rene Ranger.

And by smart, I mean able to turn over the ball. Like a flanker.
All centers can run and pass and all that. How many of them can effect a turnover.

Big loss.

Jeezus, Mary n Joeseff. A reaming for the ages. Vindication for Gats? 1/2 Penny Man of the Series? Falou pulls himself off because he's board? George Smith is a fooking legend.
