Techlusion Settings

My buddy bought a '96 1100GS that has a Techlusion box installed.
We're about to install a new battery.
My question:
Will changing the battery disturb the settings in the Techlusion?
I have no experience with these things and wondered if we need to do something out of the ordinary or reset the box after installing a new battery.
Any advice appreciated.

What generation is it? Cutting power should not affect settings. You could always write down them down just in case. They have pretty good tech support if you have problems.

I have no idea.
I really didn't think there would be an issue but I didn't want to help the guy change out a battery and end up with a bike that wouldn't run.

Thanks for the info.

Nothing should change if you don't change the adjustments.
