Presentation and doubts

Hi! First I apologize for my level of English, and why not if this post can go here. My name´s Daniel, I'm from Spain and I´ve a 640 Adventure. The idea why I bought this bike is because I love it and want to get off to Morocco and make more trips with her, but as practical enduro, I got the itch to the rally. I wanted to know what kind of adaptation needed this bike, suggestions, experiences of people, etc. Regards!

What you need for a rally:
- working bike
- road book holder
- trip meter
- enough fuel capacity

Nice to have:
- extra trip meter (incl. wiring)
- bib mousse
- fairing
- spare parts

I do not have experience with your bike, but I think it will be suited like it is to start rallying.

Welcome Daniel. You will find a lot of great rally information here. You may also try the Thumpers forum for more specific technical information on the 640 Adventure and the few things needed to make her rally ready.

If you mean a bike like this one below

My friend Massimo Storti did pretty well at the Hellas Rally 2014, and his bike as you see was really a standard one

Thanks for the welcome. The main doubt is about to put navigation devices, etc. For example I have recommended this:

But I have no idea. Engine, suspension, etc. for now I'll see that I need to change as you go riding with the bike, as I did with the enduro. The original has been put carburetor enduro model, they said it provided a little more grace than the original exhaust line is.
