Bobster Sunglasses

I recently purchased a pair of Bobster Road Hog 2 sunglasses and noticed they started to not quite feel right on my head. Turns out one of the screws holding on the "arms" on the sunglasses had disappeared and the other had backed itself out almost all the way. Long story short - shot Bobster an email - sent a new frame free of charge. Have to say its one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long while. No relationship other then a satisfied customer....

It's always nice to get good customer support. It's nice because I always expect it to be a pain. I bought a pair of Hi-Def-Specs Panther Post for shooting and riding. I subsequently stepped on them in my living room. They were a little pricey so I mailed them in thinking maybe they could be repaired. Long story short in about ten days they had sent me a brand new pair with three new lenses.
