Fast & fun! 2003 was the upgrade year; Performance & suspension changes, rack & pinion steering.

4.6 liter V-8, 25 mpg highway.
I love this thing, but just bought back a wagon that I modded & sold 8 years ago.

A Real Sweet "Family Car" Need to pass this one on to a good home.
$4500

This is the beast, more pictures Saturday.

This is NOT the same car, but what it might look like if I kept it.

They do, we had a retired police car in our fllet at work, it was great for going down to conferences in Salem or Eugene.............I once passed an unmarked police car(didn't know it at the time) doing 70mph on I-5 in Salem...............he just looked over...........smiled and waved

Not cool............just fun, don't knock it until you've tried it

A good friend of mine owns a retired detective's Caprice in Pennsylvania where they don't have front license plates. Everyone moves aside only to see him pass to look at his rear customized plate that says "NOTACOP"

On a side note, he also has a '90 Corvette, and the Caprice will smoke that thing in a drag race. He also has a few other classic cars that are all faster than the Vette, and the plate on that says "MYSLOW1".

And the Real Cops take a real dim view of impersonation. Most give the thumbs up.

Regular folks just see a black Ford. Those of us who are used to looking for the profile in our mirrors can pick one out in a hurry.

The way these are set up, P71 Crown Vics are a whole lotta' performance for the bucks!
