Older unit allow 20 tracks with 500 points each. Would be good to be able to use all of it.

We can talk GPS if you want on the 22-23

Thx
Good idea. The GPX format itself can handle multiple tracks in one file. So we probably could include the truncated track, the full track, and the N truncated partial tracks all in one file. Then the user can just import whichever they want into the GPS.

Absolutely FANTASTIC tool! I’m super impressed. Its gone way beyond what I imagined in our first conversations about roadbook making. You’ve got the app and the whole process refined so well, I can pretty much retire from the hard work task, and just ride all the new events that will come from RN users. I congratulate YOU and your RN team for the significant effort you put in to make this happen, and the significant $ investment you’ve made. RN will be an invaluable tool for many future rally events worldwide. The whole sport will benefit. THANK YOU Mike!!!

We've come a long way from my inaccurate sharpie-scrawled roadbooks at Dumont in 2004! I really love riding rally routes and I'm really happy that RN is going to introduce lots more people to this cool sport.

Absolutely without malice, I hope that Scott gets hopelessly lost on this ride.

fun fun

Pre-Run Pics - The Sunday Loop is going to be fantastic.

Team:

Without giving too much away - here are a couple of pics from my pre-run yesterday. I ran into a couple of locked gates, fences etc so I have some minor re-working to do on the route - pretty typical stuff.

The Sunday loop is epic...see for yourself...

The countdown is on - see you this weekend.

You gave away too much!

I checked those places out on Google Earth. Very cool!!! Your bike was even there in the same place in one of the GE images.

Your photo:

Google Earth same place ( 39°50'20.60"N 119°30'57.29"W):

Your photo:

Google Earth same place ( 39°54'47.19"N 119°21'15.43"W):

Then when I checked out your house, you had clearly made some upgrades, including cooler dogs. Here it is back when GE got their shoot, with some lazy-ass dogs:

Pre run?

So Mike,

The pic with the sun bleached bones. Were those the riders who failed to top off at the previous gas check, or what?!

Great area,,, we did some of that in the new years day club race a few years ago. it wasnt dusty then, covered with about 3-5 inches of snow. the bones.....well I have often wondered where certain club members went?

wish I could make this...sounds epic

I'd be so down for this ride, seeing as it's basically in my front yard.
Unfortunately, the gadgetry is a bit out of my reach at the mo.

BTW, Sierra Gold is known for scantily clad bar maids, I just wanted to warn those who may be affended.

I've been trying for the past few days to get my online permit, but there always seems to be some kind of error. I've changed my name, with and wihtout middle initial, changed the address format et al, with not success. I've also called to purchase with no answer or callback. Not sure what's going on here......

Indian Permits -

Riders:

You DO need a permit to ride on the Indian colony - if you are having trouble getting one online - Call (775) 574-1000 and ask for Randa. She can help get things squared away.

or Click here

I had an unscheduled chat with Officer Mitchell last weekend - He will be looking for us on Sunday!

Good Luck!
