Hey, he graduated from UF, he can do anything. If you can make it there, you can make it anywhere. Looks like the next half is his to show his stuff.

two first downs already.....

It was good, it was really bad...4 sacks in like 7 plays....It was good again. The last pass was superb for a TD. Who knows.....it is like Pat from SNL...is it a QB or not?

I don't think he has a learning issue. During the draft they were all impressed with how quick he picked up concepts and could then explain them. Some guys just play their best with their hair on fire...ala Tarkenton...he may just be that kind of player. Trying to pocket him may be a mistake. It is hard to defend the hair on fire guy as you never know what they will do. I know it is heresy for some coaches to even contemplate, but it has worked before and will work again in the future at some point. I was watching those sacks and thinking why isn't he taking off? Cause he was told not to I would imagine. Although I bet he would have had a gain instead of a loss if he burned up field.

They let 8 go today and his name was not on the list......

The Gronkowski thing is going to make it tough to give up roster spots....unless the doc's say he needs another six weeks and they can PUP him.

Don't get too excited, it was the 73 man roster cut. Le'ts see after next week if he can be the 3rd string QB on the 53 man roster. He's a Florida guy, I'm sure he can do it.

Inevitable really but still kinda sad. He's a great kid with a lot of honesty and integrity.

How the fuck did he win the Heisman ?

Canada is his only real option. I think they want him. This is a test of his desire to play and grow.If he really wants to play, he'll go up there and hope to pull a Flutie. I'm not sure his ego will permit him to do that, though.

With all than honesty and integrity...

...you'd guess he would just admit to having serious limitations, you know, like passing and decision making, and move on to his true calling as a huckster preacher, or maybe coaching for Liberty U.

With two national championships and a Heisman, that is going to be difficult to swallow.

He's a quarterback from Florida. He'll be doing what all previous starting gators do...

Selling used cars in Chiefland.

ahem....some of them go on to pretty good coaching careers.

of course they ALL beat UT....

sorry - back to your NFL programming.

I always assumed that that they signed Tebow so that each player on the Patriots had the opportunity to become a better human being by spending a few minutes with him.......
