Supposedly a clean break. They'll plate it. It'll hurt, but he'll be able to ride.

Bragging rights after FP2 in the Ducati Garage?

That was the only good lap Nicky put in the whole session. He was in and out of the pits several times and waaayyyy down the time sheets for the majority of the session.

Funny how they always end up glued together, though.

I'm impressed how fast those mafia guys work, maybe I should have been a bit more specific about which Spaniard?

I have to confess to not being too upset about Jorge, should allow some better scrapping for third place. I just need to get Cal & Vale on the podium and Aleix into 6th place to make a perfect weekend.

Those faces have already been there. Cal rode Jorge's chassis and, lo and behold, decided it wasn't better and opted to keep what he has. The grass is always greener.

To all intents and purposes, Crutchlow is already riding factory.

Unfiltered honesty

When asked if he will now be approaching this race any differently, Monster Yamaha Tech 3 star Crutchlow said:
Quote:
"No, I ride for Herve so I will do my own job and ride for our team. My job is to finish as high as I can and my job is to beat the factory Yamaha riders and to beat Jorge."

I really like Cal.

He has a personality (maybe sometimes a bit TOO outspoken) as opposed to some of the bots in MotoGP.

Hope he gets a 100% factory ride next year, or better Yamaha support, like Bradl gets from HRC.

I don't think it would do Cal any good at all to be on a factory team. He's in the right spot at the right time. Playing second fiddle to Jorge on the Yamaha team? Not likely.

Given Spies and Rossi's experiences there may be some bad juju attached to the factory Yamaha #2 bike.

Completely agree. Cal is much better off playing chaser / antagonizer and Herve seems like a cool dude and great team manager, love his on camera expressions during the race.

Man, if Dani boy doesn't win the championship this year, not sure what he can do. Never thought I'd root for the lil guy but he has matured very well and is a fantastic alien.

Never count out Marky Mark - love that kid!

Weather doesn't look great for tomorrow or Saturday. Cool and wet tomorrow for qualifying and cool and showers on Saturday. UGH. Is it ever dry in Holland?? Krop, can't you do something?? LOL

He tried the chassis Jorge tried and discarded, not the one Jorge is riding now.

Do you really think there are substantial performance differences in their bikes?
