If Revzilla received the package it should be quite simple to verify this via U.P.S.'s "track a package" feature on their website.
That being said, I've ordered from them several times with good results but I don't recall returning anything.
Except that it's not that simple. If they drop it off at the wrong address it will be marked as delivered. Many/most packages don't require signatures.

U.P.S. requires a signature for every delivery to any business with which I am acquainted. Residential deliveries are another matter.

Hmmm... I hadn't considered that.

Yeah, except any yahoo can sign for it and give Joe Blow's name. Signatures don't mean a helluva lot. I suppose more than nothing, but..

Revzilla has always emailed me within an hour or two of the shipper claiming delivery. If that didn't happen, I'd be on the horn with them ASAP. If you contacted them many days or weeks later I can see there being a problem. (And, as it is ultimately a shipping problem, what do you expect them to do?)

Just did my first order with Revzilla and couldn't be happier. Ordered a pair of Held gloves that were shipped out of Las Vegas and at my door the next day. I know that can't be expected on every order but it was nice. Like how they offer one free return shipping for size adjustments.

When you log onto Revzilla from Gods Own Country, a big cheesey banner appears saying "Gday mate, yes we ship to Australia".
I tried to order Revit Sand jacket, but was told, sorry mate, we can't ship that to Australia.
Some back door deal with the Australian importer, so much for free trade.

I think the guy was trying to talk you out of it because he thought it was a bad decision.

How people think is quite easy. You buy a jacket you want from Revzilla but it turns out to be crap. Hm, stupid Revzilla sold me crap ;-)

Probably the reason he told you that because he thought you wouldnt be satisfied with it in the end. Also kind-off got to agree on his position.
But maybe the approach should have been different.
Not everyone is a born salesperson.

I'm from Belgium and I always check revzilla for information on gear. Not really necessary for me to buy there as I got shops in my own country, but still they always help me. So satisfied
