I saw this nice little customized Super Cub in Paris last week:





I saw a lot of customized bikes/ scooters while my wife and I were vacationing in France.

One. I don't see any front brakes levers.

Two. It looks like an electric hub motor in the front wheel.

Hybrid?

Those are the stock drum brake hubs.It does look like it has those huge mountain bike tires on it that are becoming popular in the US.

Hypothetically, the owner could have linked the foot brake lever to the front and rear drum brakes combined. Or, in the absence of a drum brake in the rear, the foot brake lever is linked to the front brake..

It looks like there's a second lever on the left side behind the peg. Might be the brake pedal...

No, that is a heel and toe shift lever, all Cubs have them.
