Seattle area Sidecar ride 7/28

Let's try this again. All those Seattle area Uralistas who want to go abuse their rig on some dirt, here's your chance. The ride is basically from Snoqualmie Pass to Greenwater (Crystal Mountain area) via dirt/gravel forest service roads. It is a day ride so no need to pack overnight gear unless you want to. We'll meet up at Snoqualmie Pass's Summit Pancake House (603 Washington 906, Snoqualmie Pass, WA 98068) just off I-90 via exit #52 (W Summit). There is a gas station right next door to fill up on gas, and snacks/beverages. And the Pancake house is open year round so should be able to get a hot meal if you feel the urge.

SO, meet up and the Pancake House around 9am. We'll be leaving the parking lot by 10am, giving plenty of time for fuel (bike and rider) and a good chat before a good day of riding.

There is some beautiful scenery so be sure to bring a camera.

Chad

You could just go on up to the Big Foot sidecar clubs rally the same weekend which will also offer off road riding.
I can not go on your ride as my office manager will be taking my new BMW R1200GSW with an M72DX sidecar to the rally so I will not have a bike.

I'll look into that rally. It's the first I've heard of it. Thanks! And sorry you can't make it. Would love to see a rig of yours in action for a longer ride than last time. I still dream of a BMW rig of yours I saw at South Sound BMW a week after I bought my Ural. It was more expensive, but so cool I'd probably be riding it instead of my GU.
