What's everyone doing for lodging? Looks like the nearest hotels are a half hour away...

A few years ago when I ran, I camped at the campground which ended up being the service area as well. Is that not the same place again this year?

Unfortunately no, at least wasn't last year. The service area was near the start in Croghan. Not sure if that is the same plan this year or not. Was really handy a couple years ago having the service area right at the campground.

I just booked a few nights at the Pleasant Night Inn in Carthage NY. It's about equal distance (20-30 min) from both Croghan and Harrisville.

I stayed in Governour a few times, but found camping to be the best bet. The twenty mile commute to the hotel really sucked.

ANyway, I love this event, and if I cant enter at teh last mintue, I'll try to volunteer. If I cant do that, I'll watch from here

HAVE BIG FUN DONT CRASH

Hope to see you there, and hope you race because you are the guy I have been comparing my times to in previous rallies to see if I am improving

If anybody needs a free place to camp you can find my info in the tent space thread. Colton NY, about 45miles from Harrisville. Quite a ways away but won't cost a dime. Not sure if I will make it to the rally or not.
