On the BR the re-jetting and the jcosta made all the difference , my son said "OMG it's a totally different scooter" . He was right it was , I don't know what the answer is for the reflex I never tried any thing other that the re-jetting .

The newer 250cc scooters are lighter and with FI can run circles around the reflex . Personally I think the reflex and the BR needed it's own 400cc engine like the majesty and the lil burg . Honda IMO cheaped out on both the reflex and the BR , and it cost them with bikes they couldn't sell . All that said once I gave the BR the fixes and installed the trunk I had Happytrail make for me , it worked great for all my errand running .
