WEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

This thing really makes me look tall and goofy. I was obeying good break-in procedure, of course, but I was pretty stunned at how quick this little weedwhacker is.

Well, we put gas and oil in it, and rode it around the block.

Thanks, mang. I may need that bigass slotted screwdriver over there, too. This thing's lodged pretty tight.

You will learn the appropriate Cool Slouch when cruising.

What's sorta fun is the way you can shift your feet on the floorboards when cornering...sorta like a cross between a goped and sportbike. Makes for some really kickass weight shifts.

Let Ilmostro and Linzi tell you how to break it in properly.

BTW, I ran Castrol TTS synthetic in it from about 100 miles onward...um...due to the patented Starfish Break-in Procedure.

Ran like a champ. The Minarelli is abuser-friendly.

It says so in the owner's manual.

PS - have fun reading the owner's manual.

Yes please

Where were we... Ah yes! The dark rider approaches:

No, the scooter didn't double in size. No, it's not an optical illusion. Presenting, for the first time on 2 motorized wheels, MrsIt:

Notice the big stupid grin on her face? About 20 minutes before that, she was rolling her eyes over my new toy (erik and his impulse purchases). After I first buzzed it down the street, she quieted down a bit.

"Can I sit on it?" ... And five minutes later she was disappearing around the corner. I stared in disbelief. This is the girl who calls me from her car to tell me to be careful on my ride to work when she forgets to do it before she pulls out of the driveway. She's never ridden anything with a motor before, and is even very timid on a bicycle. And she loved it. Absolutely loved it.

Now we just have to find someone to follow her around to help her get it on the centerstand. She's so wee.
