Sunday Morning...

As in all good weeks, Saturday is followed by Sunday, and as yesterday was Saturday, well I guess that makes today Sunday! And as I took my Guzzi out for a ride yesterday, it seems only fair that today I should take my Beemer for a run. So that is what I did...

But where should I go on a Sunday morning that would be of interest to you guys, how about a Classic Scramble? dust and Castrol R.

Well after a bit of that, and getting my lungs full of dust, I once again headed out into the lanes in search of a nice pint of Cider...

Great photos, great bikes, thanks. British dust must have a higher moisture content than California dust.

Wow! The only thing that could make this thread better would be audio.

Thanks for posting.

I took some video, all the sounds, but no castrol R. It was so dry they had to water the track
Now if I could just get windows movie maker to recognise the files on my pc, I would edit them for you tube

The form of the cast taillight/running light housing on that Steib sidecar is gorgeous. I can't imagine any maker going to that effort today.

Thanks for the great pics!

What, no P-11 Nortons?

I'm surprised to see no Greeves (maybe I missed them). They are my favorite Brit scramblers.

Lovely set of photos. Nice going.

Did they also hold a jumble you could rumble on your bimble?

The AJS 7R scrambler is absolutely amazing. My mind may be playing tricks with me but I seem to remember the factory may have produced some back in the day?
