Apart from two small gussets still to be made the sidecar frame is fully welded out and done.

Brake master and pedal , winch plate , battery mount , link mounts and removable infill between the chair and bike are on.

Rocker cover clears the winch

Move the front strut out of the way and shim adjustments are a doddle.

Just scored an 18 litre fuel cell that follows the contour of the rear guard. Bringing the total fuel to 58 litres for an easy 870 klicks when needed.

Couple of quick disconnects for the fuel lines and a rack that comes off quickly ( not my favourite place to add weight ).
Looks like I'll have to fire the Tig up this week.

One for the guys/gals with a rubber fetish.

More work than I wanted ... but 14" rims now fit.

Oi !! , some bloke just dropped this off.

If it's yours , come get the piece of shit or I'll bolt it to my piece of junk as it's making the driveway look messy.

That's nice. I need to start leaving my gate open.

It can't hurt Bob

The piece of shit even fitted ... what are the odds ?.

Leave the gate open wider though Bob as a 130/90 x 17 on a 3.5" rim doesn't fit in this one .

All the gear and no idea.

Jerry can platform is on ... well , until the welds break anyway.

Did accidentally manage to get the sidecar suspension done though in between nanna naps and futzing about .
Still too lazy to fire up the Tig for the fuel cell rack though so I'll have to give you that.
