Normally it means you copied a [img] link and put it in the picture link option at the top of your post instead of pasting it on the page itself.

If you use the ADV system use the http address.
Straight on the page,the [img] one.

Like this,the system puts the img tags on for you,they then double up if what you paste already has them.
