I think you have to "host" the photos somewhere like Smugmug Smugmug is a pay site that helps offset the costs of running this site. Or you can use a free hosting service like Image Shack or Photobucket

Linking to and displaying images stored on AdvRider.com
I wanto to start a thread that would potentially require linking to and displaying images, such as inmates' avatars, that are already stored on the ADV Rider site. I realize that I could save the image to my computer and then add the image as an attachment to my post, but some of the images are GIFs and image attachments can only be JPEG. I also tried using the Insert Image button, but the the test URL I was using doesn't directly reference the image of interest, rather it references a php file along with some query string elements. The result is that the image tag that I created is automatically converted to an anchor tag so only the link to the image is being displayed within the post. Am I doing something wrong or can this just not me done?
