I would say both were at fault.
Turning without looking, and blasting by close without expecting a turn.

2 Bads

+1 pay attention to your surroundings
he should have looked and waited to turn
you should have given him room and been prepared to stop

Going too fast , following too close, for fresh gravel.

He made a bad turn... I would have got him too

Guy on the Wee Strom had at least 3 seconds to avoid but drove right into the DR.

Looks like you two are friends anyway

Sure this wasn't setup? If not then you are both at fault.

Well the DR was wrong for turning without looking, and turning right from the left side of the road and not signaling.

The V was wrong for passing on the right, and going to fast to stop or swerve on the "fresh gravel", and not paying attention.

And it seems nether one want to see their mistakes, man up, and admit they screwed up.

I don't want either one of you in my ride group.

Yeah. I didnt see anybody getting cut off.

One guy rode straight into the side of the other, lucky he didnt hit you in the knee or it wouldnt have ended well.

Amazing you both videoed it
