Someone I knew died last night

A Luxembourg friend of ours died yesterday evening riding his BMW.

Too early tell what happened but the Police suspect excess speed.

The sad thing is his partner died of cancer not 2 years ago, they leave a four year old daughter.

Prayers go out to the daughter, family and freinds.

Best thing for anyone to do is to keep intouch with her to give any support they can.

Sorry.

Yes brother/sister sorry to hear about that... something odd must have happened as he was apparently not too close to making that turn.... I hope you are in a position to be there for their child and family.

Best regards.

Being the only surviving parent to a young child would be one of the few things that would make me stop riding, at least high speed sport bikes anyway. I can definitely see how a guy could get caught by a corner like that, especially if he didnt know the road well or was distracted by something.
