SIMPLY plumb a hose, directly from the outlet of your AUX tank to the VENT on the bikes original tank.
As fuel is withdrawn form the PEM tank, it will draw fuel from AUX tank. very easy.

final result

i inherited a remote oil tank with 2 gallons of bel ray 2 stroke oil.

the fitting was obsolete because of issues.

so i cut up another old boat tank for parts

this tank works great. i just connected it to the tank vent line. the 3 gallon tank is a nice size and shape making it easy to secure however i like.

i keep the fill lid a little loose for venting now but i ordered a check vent. this will be nice for the big trips. i dont do anything but plug in the tank and it sucks dry first. the remote tank is empty before the digital fuel gauge starts to go down

Looks good and I like cheap. I see you kept the primer bulb, I kind of mentioned that bulb earlier to start the syphon action. Tell me/us if it is useful?

i kept it on and i pumped it to get fuel in the line but i dont think i need it. next tank i will try without pumping but since it is hooked to the 5 gal main tank vent it has to suck it empty.
