Sounds like a good idea to bump up the cc to 300. Should make it an even better bike.

yes would be nice to these 250 dual-sports bump to 300cc in the same package. apply some other weight reduction techniques and you've got a winner.

This is the hottest gossip today, I've read 5 posts on 4 or 5 forums about it.

I'll say the same thing here that I've said everywhere else....how many cylinders will it have? If it's tuned for economy like the 500's and the 700's, blah. If it's a screamer it could be cool. More competition in the small cc class can't be a bad thing and could mean great things for all of us that appreciate these "small" bikes.

Expect an economy bike that makes about 3hp more than the 250 but engineered to last 200 years or 1,000,000 miles.

I think it's a single. The CBR125R, 250R, are both singles...

Wouldn't be boring if it were an in-line 4!

I hope we get to see more infos soon. Especially in which countries it will be available. The CBR 250R was replaced with the 500ccm models last year in Germany, and I fear we won't get the 300R here too.
