Bummer.... soft.

Hate the looks of normal racks.

Thanks!

Look'in good......quick question baja Dad, where did you get the brackets that hold your road book. They just generic, or specific only to the tiger?

BD - I tried out the new Michelin Desert-Race tires this weekend on the Berg. Loved the rear, and will probably run that for the Mex 1000. The front was fine too, but I think I like the Pirelli Scorpion Rally front better (or the Pirelli XCMH).

fork upgrade?

I have my hands on a standard 19" wheel Tiger 800 at the right price, what are the "easy" fork options to lift the clearance and travel in line with the XC? I figure the rear would be easy, upgraded XC shock and a 17 or 18" spoked rear wheel..

The front seems more challenging.. I had someone suggest a full WP front end and single disc, so I guess that could be an option. and pull all the ABS crap off..

Anyone want to swap their set up for the low one;)

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO - what a ride!"
