Dirt riding near Atlanta GA?

My work may offer me a transfer to Duluth, Georgia. I am familiar with the street ridin scene - tons of good roads starting 50 miles north or so. How about for dirt bikes? Specifically for trail riding and racing?

I am not far from Duluth. When you get here, look me up. Highland Park and MotoMountain are my two favorites. Also the Ridge in Alabama is good. Especially when it has rained a lot. There is also a lot of good racing nearly all year round in GA/SC/TN/NC area. Durhamtown is also a good choice.
