Sorry. Didn't see this until now.

Closing the circuit wires your ignition makes for the sunny setting, so the advance curve at higher rpms is steeper. You'll likely not notice much at top, and the lower rpm feel should be the same. To default to the cloudy setting undo the wires and run an open circuit.

Thanks! That is what I thought. Before I smashed the switch, I could not tell a difference between the settings. On steep redrock I could almost convince myself it made a difference, but???
