Good luck man! Should be one hell of an adventure. I put in a few miles for you today... attempt #5 at Lemonade Peak and still didn't make it. Ran out of time. Enjoy your time over there. My wife would love to keep that 250 running for you.

Glad to hear it wasn't my dismal failure that kept us from making it.

Ride Report? Well I'm looking into getting a scooter for some urban ADVing...which for me will be new. It wasn't a bathhouse....and from what I've heard, yes. ;)

And yes, they do have the innernets here. I was saying See ya later to y'all since I do occasionally venture away from the computer and ride with some of you, though not enough of you.

What type of scooter are you looking for? The Sym Fighter ZR 150 and the Kymco Racing 150 are good choices if you want rear disc brake. The Yamaha BW's 125 is another great small scooter choice.

They don't let me in the warehouse for obvious reasons. I'm "stuck" in the product development and engineering office.

Yesterday we *had* to go do some flight testing of some new samples, and some other stuff from other vendors we're considering.

I got to try the FPV stuff for the first time...and learned that the guy who developed the Orange TX/RX while smart and can fly a quad, can't fly a plane for shit.

Hey Sirloynz,
I am actually looking to pick up a beater Vespa, or that BW125 you mentioned came up last night. There are some beater Vespa's you can find for cheap....I want something that runs, but isn't pretty. I do want something that if I chose to ride on the hwy, it would be legal to do so, so no 50CC units.

I'm using ibike.com.hk to look for used bikes. If you know of any other good sites for used bikes in Hong Kong (I see you're in Taipei....completely different of course) let me know.

Oh, I did find a KTM 990 adventure forsale, and saw a BMW R1200GS in Yau Ma Tei today.
