A new 500cc water cooled HD V twin. Who would've ever thought we'd see that?

And Honda re-intorducing a VFR800F?

Dogs and cats, living together!

O man, what a ripoff of the Honda Shadow. Only a poser would buy that. (sarcasm)

But really that looks sweet. Interested to see a dyno of the 750 and how it compares to the Shadow.

my &$%^*$# browser can't load the article, but I did read something about these somewhere else - they are built in India for the Asian markets. IDK if they are coming stateside or not. I don't think I want to be an early adopter on this one...

I saw that too, but the article says they will be on sale in the U.S. in early 14. $6700 for the 500 and $7500 for the 750.

I wonder if they'll break the 25hp ceiling, you know they like to "tune for torque" at the expense of "ultimate" horsepower.

It is massive but I almost like it. Surprised that they went with such a big one.

Hey, its Harley's new F650/800 lineup! Enjoy the brand damage that us BMW riders have been suffering with since 1997.

Lots of potential in these bikes for hot rodding, I'd say.
The 500 and 750 will surely yield some interesting projects some time soon.

Can't wait to ride one.

Probably. Considering that the 883 is around $10k and the 750 is coming in at 7500 it's probably going to be pretty weak. Which sucks, because a liquid cooled 750 could be pretty fun, but I imagine it'll be pretty neutered.
