Questions about Nav V

I’ve ordered a ’14 GSA with all the “stuff” and picked up the new Nav V GPS yesterday to familiarize myself with its features. I’ve been using a Garmin 665 for some time and am very familiar with its workings. I have a few questions about the new unit:
1.Can/how do I get rid of the EULA screen when I boot the V up?
2.I can load routes to the micro SD card. How do I import them to the V and access them?
3.How do I import my personal POIs and access them?
4.On my zumo 550 and 665, I’ve removed all the language files, except English. Can I do that with the V? Can I also remove the non-English files in the Help, Owner’s Manual, Tracker and Voice folders?
The first thing I did with this unit is copy it’s hard drive, just as I’ve done with the other Garmin units . . . . just in case.
Mike
