That's the same bike my thread is about. Cool concept, I hope they get the funding to put it in production. I'd never fit on it but could see getting one for garage art (cheaper than a Bimoto).

They are definitely not a motorized bicycle in AZ. They would fall under the same laws as a dirt bike. And they are too small for me as well. For what these things cost, I would much rather have a small displacement dirt bike, or better yet, a small dual sport, which I do have.
