Just talked to a couple guys who drove through central I-5 area between Chehalis and Oly and said it was F---'n nuts with cars off the roads and wet roads slush around here and there. I can ride in some cold to head down there, but this sounds a bit risky for safe's sake.

Anyone think otherwise? Will it be clear roads but FRIGID?

Should be a beautiful, clear, dry, if cold day here.

What you would face coming from elsewhere, might be another matter.

Edit: I just checked Longview, and Eugene, and they both look dry, but colder.

Issaquah looks downright balmy.

Although it's dry here, and no more chance of any moisture for a few days, I would check ALL of the road conditions between here and where your at, cause as cold as it is the wet roads and slush just may stay icy through the weekend.
We would love to have you down here.....................but only if you can do it safely

WTF?

Toy Run Update... the parade part of the Toy Run has been canceled. ABATE would still like people to gather at the staging area for the raffle and toy drop off. Shiners Hospital will still put on the Santa party for all that want to attend....
Screw that, I'm still taking my toys up to the Hospital.......................maybe

I'd like to go, Tom, but my better half has informed me that I am doing something else tomorrow.

Plus, HellsAlien is gonna be there, so I'm definitely OUT!

Fortunately, I am only 10 minutes from Fenders, and another 10 minutes to Freddy G's, which makes it really easy to poke fun at those less conveniently located .

Have a good time even if the parade isn't on. It's always fun to get together with friends and giving toys for the kids makes it even better.

If I was in the neighborhood I would pop in but since I'm not I'm going to stay in front of the fire where it's warm, look at pictures of Baja and daydream.

Wow, 21 degrees at my house.

That's a lot better than the 17 that I was expecting.

I've always said Milwaukie is the banana belt of the metro area.

It's warmed up to 19 here in OC.....................I'll be leaving in a 1/2 hour, or after it gets up to 20
