Awesome video of the Youth National Hare and Hound at NHHA Round 3 in Idaho this past weekend. Blais Racing's Cole Timboe would take the PeeWee Class win and Braydon Bland would finish 2nd Overall in the Super Mini Class. Great Job Guys!

Blais Racing 2008-2011 KTM 400/450/530 XC-W/EXC, 2009-2010 Husaberg FE390, 450,570, FX450 Aluminum Oil Pump Gears

These gears are modeled after the upgraded 2011 KTM Gears. Never have a failure again. They only fit XC-W/ EXC KTM Models. Does not fit XCF/SXF models!
I have seen way too many of the stock plastic gears fail in these engines and decided to have these made. They have been tested in my team race bikes and freinds bikes for over a year without any issues.

Problem with the plastic gears is if you run low on oil at one time the oil pumps start to seize up and then the large gear is stripped out where it meets the clutch basket. Once it strips out your engine will run without any oil pumping until the crank, piston, and cylinder is destroyed. With these gears you will at least get signs and notice your engine slowing before it is completely destroyed.

This kit comes with large and small gears along with a new clutch cover gasket for additional cost if needed and instructions. You do need to have good mechanical knowledge to install these gears.
Gasket option is only for KTM Models.

This is what happens when your KTM 450/530 EXC/XCW Oil Pump Gear Fails. Not to mention the crank is gone too causing this top end damage. Normally about $2500 in repairs. Fix the issue before it happens! $89.95.

I just dropped a Blais Racing jetting kit into my 530 after coming back from Baja. The Blais Jet kit replaced the JD one that I put in there initially. All I can say is that the Blais jetting is much better than the already good JD jetting. It's much crisper, the throttle is snappier off the bottom and seems to pull a bit more on top.

Two thumbs up for a quality kit. Thanks

Thanks for the great feedback. A lot of time and testing went into that jetting kit. It's pretty much perfect. http://blaisracingservices.com/ktm/k...tting-kit.html

We also have kits for the RFS bikes, 450/505 SXF/XCF, & 07-10 250 XCF/SXF models.

Question - If I install the Samco hoses, do I also need to install the thermostat eliminator ($9.95 part?). Bike is a 2014 350-exc-f

also, any need to the additional radiator fan as well, to keep the bike running cooler?

thanks in advance,

All you need is the hose kit to direct the flow better and more efficient. You can run the stock fan setup still as it doesn't affect that at all. The Eliminator washer was designed a long time ago before the hoses came around to be able to remove the thermostat from the housing in case it failed.
