Ordered mine. Have been wanting to get one to replace my A-Star model. Have the Exhibition Pro gloves and they are top notch.

NIce, I have a couple questions. I have one like on your site. I like it but although I'm only 5'11" I have a long torso and it likes to ride up. It;s not long enough to attach the tabs to the kidney belt. The chest plate is also kind of small, I have the largest size as i wear a 56 jacket. I wear it all the time though, broke a buckle on one side I hit a tree so hard with it on.

Hello members,

I've decided to order 30 of each material and let ADVRider's decide on the best material. I'll be shipping the mesh versions first, then anyone with a fit or comfort issue can try the lycra. I'm curious which material will prevail..

Time Estimate- 4-6 weeks not including potential Customs delays and the Holidays. If you're in a rush, please don't order as I don't want customers upset over shipping times. I expect 4-6 weeks to be pretty close though..

Sorry, what was the question exactly?

I have also tried on the thor, alpinestar, and the one the pros wear (I forget the brand.) They are all off one way or another. Arms too long or short, torse too short, or chest is too big and stomach is too tight.
I've ordered both lycra and nylon mesh. Fit wise; I've had excellent luck with lycra but my new supplier does very well with nylon mesh. So, we're ordering 30 of each to see which prevails with ADV members.

Personally, I have a hard time taking FOX protective gear seriously. For those that are difficult to fit, I'd be surprised if the lycra version didn't fix your usual issues..

Thanks for the info. I'm in no hurry, but I'll be traveling some in the new year and wanted to have a rough idea of when it might be arriving.

One question: I'm pretty easy to fit, but do you think either version, nylon or lycra, will be significantly cooler or more breathable than the other?

I just ordered a Med/LG with 6 plates, I am 170lb and 6' even. Looking forward to trying it out. I have looked at JTucker's in person and its a nice piece. My current pressure suit (Sette, which was a rockgarden knockoff) is needing replaced. I cant wait to try it out the Juggernaut!

I am also curious about the mesh vs lycra. My current suit is nylon mesh, it has held up very well but its rough against the skin so I have always worn a lycra compression shirt under it (nike hot season gear). Helps reduce chaffing but adding an extra layer in the summer is not ideal.

Thanks
Jeremy

I also ordered one on Sunday, can't wait. Never having had a pressure suit before and living in FL where it gets very hot and humid, I'm wondering which material handles sweat better? By that I mean which material is easier to clean and doesn't retain the smell as much. I'm thinking probably mesh, but any input would be appreciated.

Thanks,
G

Thanks!

Just placed an order as well, I'm 5'6" so went with the recommended 6 plates. Riding season is done here in Montana, at least where I live so no big deal on the 4 to 6 weeks.

Is the chest protection made any different than the previous one? it appears to be larger, possibly because of the size of the suit?
Also, like I said the suit is a little short and the velcro tabs on the top don't reach the kidney belt, will the new one be this way as well?
Also I had the longer piece attached to the kidney belt, is this still an option or needed?
