How are customs and taxes issues handled?The customs and import issues including any taxes, tariffs and item seizures are the sole responsibility of the customers. Invoices are never included in the package. Hong Kong warehouse items and international warehouse items are not subject to any export taxes. Regarding the package declaration, orders shipped with airmail use the product category for the description.

[Announcement] - 2014 Chinese New Year Schedule

Dear Customers,

As Chinese Lunar New Year draws near, we would like to inform you of our holiday arrangement as follows:

Official holiday for DX: 7 days from January 31, 2014 to February 6, 2014 Hong Kong Time, all operations fully resume on February 7, 2014.

During the holiday, our warehouse, as well as our customer service will be on duty at a reduced capacity from February 3, 2014 to February 6, 2014.

Also please be advised that some orders cannot be processed until after the holiday as most suppliers and factories that DX works with will be fully closed during this time, and even they will not resume work on February 7, 2014. DX will make every attempt to process and ship as many orders as possible before the holiday.
