Rust and Crust

We seem to have lots of threads on here showing all the nice clean projects, the ones that just need a wipe over with a rag, and a weekend of spanner waving to put back on the road.
But we don't appear to have any pictures of man size projects, the ones that make you think, the projects that make others gasp in disbelief, some would call them a money pit, some madness, but to some just a challenge.

So lets see the rust and Crust...

So come on then, what have ya?

This thread makes me sad. A bunch of once great bikes that will probably never see the road again because of constant neglect.

If it makes you feel any better, the bike in the picture I posted is currently licensed, insured and roadworthy. Not a pretty restoration, but back on the road at least.

Not as bad as some of the ones already posted, but before:

After, although it will always be an ongoing "project":

Well done, Josh. Nice "save the bike" project. Bravo.

Looking through that first round of pics I think I winced so hard I pulled a muscle.
